Teacher & Staff Appreciation

We are incredibly grateful for the hard work and dedication of Peperzak’s amazing teachers and staff. Each spring, the PTG takes things up a notch during Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week. During this special week, we host a luncheon and find meaningful ways to celebrate and thank the people who make our school such a special place.

If a teacher or staff member has made a difference in your student’s life, consider sending them a quick email of appreciation—small gestures go a long way. Their buckets need to be filled all year long!

Coffee, treats, giveaways, gratitude, and lots of appreciation — take a look at how our PTG celebrated our amazing staff this year!

Coffee Truck & Breakfast

We started the week by treating our amazing teachers and staff to handcrafted drinks from Lilac City Coffee. Because nothing says “thank you” quite like coffee and a little extra appreciation before the school day begins!

To go with the coffee truck, we supplied a breakfast spread full of pastries and sweet treats — a small way to recognize the huge impact our teachers and staff make every single day.

Aloha Lunch Celebration

Midweek, we transformed the lunchroom into a tropical getaway with a Hawaiian-themed catered lunch. From the decorations to the food, we wanted staff to feel celebrated, appreciated, and just a little bit transported to island time during their lunch break.

Our Hawaiian lunch also included a table full of raffle prizes and giveaways! Teachers & staff members had the chance to win fun gifts to help make the week extra special.

One of the best parts of the week was simply seeing teachers and staff enjoying time together, sharing laughs, and taking a well-deserved break during the celebration lunch.

Messages From Students

To wrap up Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week, the PTG helped create a special video featuring students sharing why they appreciate their teachers and staff members. The heartfelt messages were a powerful reminder of the difference our educators make every day.
